Why is it good to do the exercise?

What expectations do you have of one another in the team? According to psychology researcher Dov Eden, expectations are the most important component in leadership training. In one study, officers who were told they were top performers went on to perform the best. So simply describing what a colleague’s work will enable for you can help them perform. For example: “I’m really looking forward to your new marketing materials—I have several people I want to send them to, and I believe your work will help me win them over.”.
