Put hearts in your calendar

According to a study by psychology researchers Wendy Woods and Jeffrey Quinn, forty-five percent of everything we do is just routine. They believe that much of what we do is done in the same way, at the same time and in the same place. Often there is some form of clue, such as the pinging from your inbox. Of course, habits are good because we save energy when we do not have to do new things all the time. However, we don’t always spend time doing things that we want to do, things that are important to us in the long run.
