Make training fun!

Reward boosts behavior. A habit is formed by repeating a behavior in a specific context. This repetition strengthens the association between the environment and the actual behavior in our brain. Finally, we are able to act without conscious reflection. Habit researchers Philippa Lally and Benjamin Gardner observed as part of a study that the effect of repetition on habits was stronger for people who thought the behavior was inherently rewarding. Why not let whichever one seems like the most fun guide the way to further training for you and your organization?
