Who appreciates flex time the most? Who wants the best office? A new title? Work together to chart what individual preferences there are within the team to be able to distri- bute rewards in a more targeted manner.
It’s the little things that cause all the stress
Ask the team to keep track of events leading to stress and negativity that are due to de- ficiencies in procedures, environment, and administration over the next four weeks.
Being nice is tiring
Are you often interrupted by your colleagues for social reasons? Discuss with one another how a friendly culture can be maintained without negatively affecting your stress level. Define a behavior: how can we signal a neutral way that we don’t have time to talk right now?
