Pass it on and live longer

We can boost ourselves by regularly doing good things for others, not simply because it feels good at the time, but because it may help you live longer. At least this is true if you are regularly involved in voluntary work, and because you really want to help others. Does this sound ambitious, like it takes a lot of time? Start small, by offering to help a colleague who seems stressed or by letting someone go ahead of you in the queue.
