Cooperate for better quality

How much do you cooperate across departments and positions? A high level of cooperation is associated with higher quality. Researcher Daniele Mascia et al. observed in a study that contact between healthcare professionals across department boundaries was associated with more scientifically-based care. In another study, researcher Ajay Menon et al. saw that good interaction between departments was associated with greater perception of perceived product quality among customers.
