This collection consists of eight exercises to strengthen belonging and participation, with a focus on inclusion.
As you work through it, you’ll practise setting shared goals, testing decision-making processes where everyone has a voice, and including one another in digital channels. You’ll also build a stronger “we” feeling, identify what you already do well, and share information more effectively.
