Agree on what is considered bullying behavior

What behaviors are accepted in your workplace? Is it acceptable to look away when a colleague arrives, not to greet everyone or fail to send important information to everyone? Researcher Denise Stalin’s study shows that harassment is more frequent in workplaces where the colleagues do not agree on what behavior is considered harassment. This helps to form a work culture that permits and even rewards behavior that can be considered harassment. It is therefore important for the work group to jointly come to an agreement on what behaviors are considered harassment or ostracization.
