Team debrief in 18 minutes

What if there was a scientific method for improving team performance by 20-25 percent and only takes 18 minutes. It sounds too good to be true, but researcher Scott Tannenbaum undertook a review of a phenomenon that is sometimes called a retrospective, and saw that this is exactly what happens when this form of evaluation is done properly. In his research, he called it a “team debrief”. The trick is to be very concrete about what the objectives are and what you have done to achieve them.
